In order to maintain records of your waste, your data is sent from our on site workstation, to our Waste Watcher server site in Washington, D.C. Here, your data is stored away from point of collection. Why do we utilize off site data storage? First of all for protection. Here in our facility, we have high reliability server hardware that stores your data. This helps eliminate lost data due to hardware malfunction. Second, because we locate our equipment in a central location, we are able to provide high quality networking services from a trained staffed that would be unavailable to you on location twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Third, because we use a remote data storage center, we are able to provide you with access to your data from anywhere inside or outside of your organization via the Internet. This means that everyone that needs this information, once they are authorized, can even download waste reports from home, the office or their hotel room while at an important conference. This serves to help reduce management overhead associate with distributing reports. Fourth, because in a centralized location, we are able to maintain careful backups of all data so that in the event of a natural or unnatural disaster, you can rest assured that you data is safe.

Flexible Reporting Interface

The Waste Watcher System was designed to provide you with the maximum amount of information about your waste. Our reporting interface is web driven and allows for retrieval of your data from any web enabled browser even if you use systems like Macintosh, Linux, Windows, UNIX or BeOS. If your browser is Java enabled, you can even save the reports in Microsoft Word and Excel, Rich Text or Crystal Decision's Crystal Reports formats so that you can manipulate the data on your own. Data is available from any location, you are no longer bound to the waste processing environment to view waste information.
